MANILA, Philippines — EEI Corp. has opened a new Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda)-accredited training hub in Cavite as part of its push to upskill the construction workforce and support long-term capacity building. In a statement on Wednesday, the listed construction firm said it had officially inaugurated the EEI Training Academy, a nearly three-hectare, state-of-the-art facility located in Tanza, Cavite.
