PNP admits challenges but cites gains in e-sabong crackdown

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Thursday acknowledged challenges in the crackdown on electronic cockfighting (e-sabong) but assured that its efforts have made progress in shutting down operations.
