CAIRO, Feb 12 (Bernama-Anadolu) --  The Arab League held an emergency meeting on Wednesday in Cairo to discuss recent Israeli measures aimed at expanding illegal settlement activity and tightening its control of the occupied West Bank, Anadolu Ajansi reported.
