KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 12 (Bernama) -- The Ministry of Finance (MOF) is studying a proposal to expand MyKad-based digital ecosystem by integrating it with the Sumbangan Asas Rahmah (SARA) system to strengthen identity verification in the sale of subsidised cooking oil.
