MANILA, Philippines — Remember the dog rescued who strayed into and was eventually rescued at the Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT‑3) tracks? He finally made it back home. It was on Jan. 22 when the news about a delay in the service of the MRT-3 was circulated after the dog was spotted on the rail tracks at Guadalupe Station in Makati City. The dog was immediately rescued by Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) personnel, allowing the trains to resume normal operations.
