MANILA, Philippines — AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) reported a net income of P200 million in 2025, down by 71.5 percent due to fewer industrial lot sales during the year. In a disclosure on Thursday, the industrial parks and logistics arm of property giant Ayala Land Inc. said it had booked consolidated revenues of P3.8 billion last year, 26.8 percent lower than the top line recorded in 2024.
