MANILA, Philippines – The Makati police officers accused of beating the driver of actress Rhian Ramos will soon be identified with the help of the National Police Commission (Napolcom), the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) said on Thursday. According to the NBI, the complaint filed by the driver, alias “Totoy”, includes potential administrative charges.
