MANILA, Philippines — Hiring fresh graduates in the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and letting them contribute their skills are part of the agency’s reform to curb corruption and boost integrity, DPWH Secretary Vince Dizon said on Thursday. Dizon made this statement as the DPWH held another campus job fair at the De La Salle University in Manila.
