BI bars 3 New Zealand nationals linked to int'l crime rings

MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Immigration (BI) on Thursday denied the entry of three New Zealand nationals at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) due to their alleged links to international criminal organizations. In a statement, the BI identified the foreign nationals as Alexander Michael Schmalkuchen, 38; Stanley Savinata Sunguturanga, 41 and Ethan Schipper.
