MANDAUE CITY, Cebu – The Traffic Enforcement Agency of Mandaue (TEAM) has intensified its crackdown on electric bikes or e-bikes and e-trikes operating along highways and is moving to propose a local ordinance that would clearly regulate their use in the city.
