MANILA, Philippines – Three weather systems will bring rains over parts of the country on Friday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. In its 4 a.m. advisory, the weather bureau said “the Bicol Region, Isabela, Quirino, Aurora, Quezon, Rizal, Laguna, Batangas, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to the shear line.
