Clock ticking on amnesty for fake birth records, says NACC

MANILA, Philippines — The National Authority for Child Care (NACC) has urged individuals who faked the birth records of children under their care to avail themselves of the rectification process allowed under the law, warning that the amnesty provision will only be available until March 28, 2029.
