SC directs Ombudsman Remulla, ICI to comment on Zaldy Co's plea

MANILA, Philippines — Instead of issuing a restraining order, the Supreme Court (SC) has directed Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla and the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) to respond to former Congressman Zaldy Co’s petition regarding the filing of criminal charges in the P289.5 million flood control project in Oriental Mindoro.
