Classes suspended in Surigao, Agusan del Sur due to heavy rains

BUTUAN CITY – Local government units (LGUs) in Surigao del Sur and Agusan del Sur ordered the suspension of classes on Friday morning due to heavy rains. Rains continue to affect most parts of the Caraga Region, caused by the easterlies, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said in its advisory.
