Producers of ‘nem’ – Vietnamese fermented pork rolls – in Lai Vung Commune, Dong Thap Province are operating at full capacity ahead of Tet (Lunar New Year holiday), boosting output up to four times their usual levels to meet soaring demand for Lai Vung ‘nem,’ a signature delicacy of the Mekong Delta province.
