MANILA, Philippines — Vice President Sara Duterte on Thursday said that President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. committed an impeachable offense when he signed the 2025 national budget bill. Duterte made the remark when asked to comment on Malacañang’s earlier statement that Marcos did not commit any impeachable offense.
