MANILA, Philippines — The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has warned the public against dealing with three entities found to be soliciting investments without the required license. Such actions were cited to be in violation of Republic Act No. 8799, or the Securities Regulation Code (SRC). In separate advisories, the SEC identified Shawnsei Holdings Corp., JRL Kwarta Trading Co. and Paru-paru Koshiro Machi Developer and Trucking Services Corp. as entities offering investment schemes without securing a secondary license from the SEC.
