MANILA, Philippines — The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) has launched 24-hour hotlines to help track down the dismissed police officer wanted for kidnapping and killing of a South Korean businessman. In a statement on Friday, the CIDG  said its hotlines: 0960-6923025 and 0456-115926, are open 24/7 to receive information that could lead to the arrest of Rafael Dumlao III.  The CIDG also said that  wanted posters bearing his photograph and possible locations have also been posted in CIDG offices and other prominent places nationwide.
