COTABATO CITY — The United Nations Children’s Fund (Unicef) is deeply concerned about the killing of a five-year-old kindergarten pupil in Datu Piang, Maguindanao del Sur due to a stray bullet, allegedly from warring armed groups in nearby villages. “Schools are zones of peace.
