COTABATO CITY — The United Nations Children’s Fund (Unicef) is deeply concerned about the killing of a five-year-old kindergarten pupil in Datu Piang, Maguindanao del Sur due to a stray bullet, allegedly from warring armed groups in nearby villages. “Schools are zones of peace. The death of a child in a place meant for learning and play is tragic and unacceptable.
