MANILA, Feb 13 (Bernama-Xinhua) -- The Philippines has rolled out a 10-year Green Energy Auction (GEA) Programme that will offer at least 25 gigawatts of additional renewable energy capacity through annual competitive auctions starting this year, the country's Department of Energy (DOE) said on Friday, reported Xinhua.
