"Emergency teams continue working in Raulgaon after a powerful blast tore through an explosives manufacturing SBL Energy Limited factory on Sunday, killing at least 17 people and injuring 18 others. Footage from the site shows the scale of the destruction, including the roof blown off, walls collapsed, charred structures and disintegrated sheets strewn across the ground, as forensic experts collect samples and security personnel secure the area. According to initial reports, the blast took place during the detonator manufacturing process, causing half of the unit to collapse. The blast was heard beyond the immediate area, creating panic among the villagers. The injured were immediately shifted to various hospitals in Nagpur for treatment. Relatives of the victims shared that they were not allowed to meet their family members since morning. "I met him once (injured relative). After that, they told me to meet him later. But till now they haven't told me how he is and when to meet him," said Praveen. The exact cause of the explosion is yet to be ascertained. Rescue and relief operations are ongoing, with emergency teams working to clear debris and assist those affected. The incident took place a day after another powerful explosion rocked a fireworks unit in Andhra Pradesh, killing nearly a dozen workers, raising questions about safety and security protocols for factory workers across India."
