Adan Negron-Morris, 42, was behind the wheel of a black Nissan Sentra when he plowed down Greatgomon Laowatdhanasapya, 23, and Sarisa Kongduang, 22, in Miami Beach around 9 p.m. Wednesday, before fleeing by foot to a nearby Walgreens.
