MANILA, Philippines — Fair weather will prevail over most of the country, the weather state bureau said on Sunday. In its 5 a.m. Sunday weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to easterlies.
