MANILA, Philippines—Some areas in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal will have power interruptions this week because of maintenance works, Meralco said on Sunday. In Metro Manila, some parts of Brgy. Bagong Ilog in Pasig City will have no electricity on March 23 between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. because of the installation of additional primary facilities along F. Pike, Lanite and Yakal Sts. in Brgy. Bagong Ilog. In Quezon City, some places in Brgy. Project 6 will have power interruptions on March 23 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. because of line reconstruction works along Road 3. Also, some parts of Brgy. Pasong Tamo, Brgy. Matandang Balara, Brgy. Holy Spirit, and Brgy. Culiat will have no power on March 25-26 between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. because of line reconstruction and reconductoring works and replacement of electricity facilities. In Pasay City, SM Corporate Office Buildings B, C,  and D, SMDC Shell Residences and SMDC Sail Residences in Central Business Park Island A will have no electricity on March 24-25 between 10:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. because of the replacement of electricity facilities in the area. In Makati City, some areas in Brgy. Guadalupe Viejo and Brgy. Guadalupe Nuevo will have power interruptions on March 26-27 between 10:30 p.m. and 4:30 a.m. because of the relocation of electricity facilities affected by the Guadalupe Bridge Rehabilitation Project of the Department of Public Works and Highways. In Bulacan, some areas in Brgy. Sta Cruz in Angat, and some places in the villages of Baraka and Poblacion in Norzagaray will have power interruptions on March 23-24 between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. because of the replacement of a broken electricity pole along Quirino Highway. In Cavite, some locations in the villages of Punta I, Santol and Bunga in Tanza and Sitio Palindong in Brgy. Pasong Kawayan 1, Gen. Trias City will have no electricity on March 23 between 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. because of line reconductoring works and replacement of electricity facilities. In Laguna, some places in the villages of Makiling, Tulo and Turbina in Calamba City will have no power on March 22-23 between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of line reconductoring works and line reconstruction works along Maharlika Highway. Some locations in Brgy. Canlalay, Biñan, Laguna will also have power interruptions on March 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. because of line reconstruction works. In Rizal, some parts of Sun Valley 5D Subdivision in Brgy. Inarawan, Antipolo City will have no electricity on March 25 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. because of line reconductoring works along Upper Skyway Drive.
