MANDAUE CITY, Cebu — A video showing a fight between two groups of men outside a store in Barangay Marigondon, Lapu-Lapu City, has gone viral on social media. Mayor Cindi King-Chan expressed her dismay over the incident, which occurred around 2 a.m. on Saturday, noting the public disturbance it caused. “Law-ay kaayo lantawon kay gawas nga gamay ra kaayo ang rason sa ilang panagbangi.
