ANGELES CITY — While surface water remains the ideal source for supply systems, groundwater continues to be the primary source for many water utilities across Central Luzon and other parts of the country.  However, as underground aquifers risk depletion, their rehabilitate have become increasingly urgent to ensure a steady supply of water for drinking, cooking and sanitation.
