Dine 'dampa' style or play pickleball at this commercial complex in Pasay City

“Dampa” style dining is popular among Filipinos because fresh seafood is always a good choice when eating out. This concept is so popular that several establishments are scattered around various cities in Metro Manila like Quezon, Paranaque, and Pasay. There's one commercial complex in Pasay that offers dampa-style dining but at the same time recreational activities visitors can enjoy. Seascape Village, located beside Manila Film Center at CCP Complex in Pasay City, is a commercial complex that has restaurants, bars, bazaar, seafood market, and pickleball courts. It first opened in 2018 as an upscale dampa with its own seafood market. Now, it has evolved into a hub for food and recreational activities for families. Seascape Village's outdoor space. These eateries include Golden China, Mazu Seaside Diner, The Country Chef Filipino Restaurant, Yatai Asian Cuisine, Yang Mama, Royal Kitchen, and HK Temple. All restaurants offer “paluto” where visitors can buy fresh seafood from the market and let restaurants cook the meals. Royal Kitchen, one of the new dining concepts in the complex, offers Chinese and Filipino fare. Some of its must-try seafood dishes included the Salted Egg Crabs and the Buttered Garlic Shrimp. These dishes are best paired with their best-selling Yang Chow fried rice. The whole complex has a spacious parking lot in the front, a two-storey building, an outdoor area, and a boardwalk that has recreational activities like billiards. There's also a seating area at the boardwalk that is perfect for sunset watching. According to its management, the pickleball courts were added a couple of years ago to cater to players and hobbyists. Check out photos from the gallery below. Love this content?
