This article argues that the ruling is inconsistent with CAF Regulations, violates the FIFA Laws of the Game, and contradicts established jurisprudence of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). It further contends that the decision undermines the principles of legal certainty, proportionality, and sporting integrity.
