CEBU CITY, Philippines — A fisherman, who moonlights allegedly as an illegal drug pusher, may not catch fish again at sea for quite a while. This after he and an unemployed man described as a high value individual were caught with P1.4 million worth of suspected shabu during a buy-bust operation at past 11 a.m. on Sunday, March 22.
