KUALA LUMPUR, March 23 (Bernama) -- The Philippines, Vietnam and Malaysia are the top three ASEAN countries most exposed to supply risks stemming from the West Asia conflict, as the region continues to depend heavily on crude oil from the Persian Gulf.
