MANILA, Philippines — The 48th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) Summit and Related Summits from May 8 to 9 will proceed but will focus only on bare-bones topics like oil, food prices, and migrant workers, said President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Friday.
