‘Love Story’ Finale Puts Tragic Face on ‘Kennedy Curse’

Kennedy Jr., Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy, and her sister Lauren Bessette. The Hulu series dramatizes the romantic relationship and almost three-year marriage between Kennedy (played by Paul Anthony Kelly) and Bessette (Sarah Pidgeon)—much to the chagrin of their real-life family members —and ends with their tragic deaths on July 16, 1999.
