ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and Egypt on Friday reaffirmed their commitment to supporting efforts to advance peace and prosperity amid the ongoing conflict involving Iran, the United States, and Israel. In a telephonic conversation with Egyptian Foreign Minister Dr Badr Abdelatty, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar said the two countries had agreed to maintain close contact. The leaders exchanged views on the evolving regional situation, emphasising the importance of dialogue, restraint, and collective action to promote peace and stability, according to an official statement.
