DC Area airport ground stops: FAA cites issue at Potomac TRACON, DCA still affected

A ground stop was issued for all D.C. area airports Friday evening due to an "environmental issue" causing a strong smell at the Potomac Consolidated TRACON (PCT). While the ground stops for Dulles and BWI have been lifted, it remains in effect for DCA. This marks the second incident this month at PCT leading to flight disruptions.
