Security guard to face 2 murder raps after second victim dies

CEBU CITY, Philippines — The security guard who figured in a shooting rage on Friday, March 27, will be facing two murder raps following the death of the second victim. Police Lieutenant Colonel Franco Rudolf Oriol, spokesperson of the Cebu City Police Office (CCPO), said they will file the cases by Monday or Tuesday after all required documents and evidence are completed.
