National University completed its redemption bid, reclaiming the UAAP Season 88 women’s tennis crown with a 3-1 Game 2 victory over University of the Philippines on Saturday at Colegio San Agustin-Bulacan Tennis Court. Juliana Carvajal and AJ Acabo sealed the title for the Lady Bulldogs, beating Paula Uy and Marielle Jarata, 6-2, 6-3, in second doubles to secure the program’s eighth championship.
