After noticing that many Singaporeans could make tiramisu and brownies but didn’t know what to do with an ang ku kueh recipe, friends Emily Yeo and Yeo Min started Museum of Food to reconnect people with the ingredients, tools and stories behind Singapore’s culinary heritage.
