MANILA, Philippines — The Justice Secretary has warned on Thursday those who would help Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa in evading an arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court (ICC) for crimes against humanity. Justice Secretary Fredderick Vida said that anyone doing this would face domestic and international legal consequences.
