CEBU CITY, Philippines — Cebu Provincial Sports Commission (CPSC) Chairman Dr. Rhoel Dejano believes the planned sports stadium in southern Cebu will significantly elevate the development and competitiveness of Cebuano athletes. The proposed facility is part of a major infrastructure project under the Cebu Provincial government led by Governor Pamela Baricuatro, which recently signed a memorandum of understanding with Dato Abdul Malik Melvin Castelino and MTD Philippines Inc.
