Nartatez: Bato may seek protective custody if he surrenders

MANILA, Philippines — Philippine National Police Chief Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. on Friday said Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa may stay under police custody if he surrenders. “That’s possible.
