MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Office has issued a show cause order against one of its officials after a government vehicle assigned to the agency was spotted parked at a shopping establishment, the agency said Friday. According to the LTO, a photo circulating on social media showed a government-issued vehicle parked at a membership shopping store, prompting LTO chief Markus Lacanilao to verify the incident.
