SC Refers UAPA Bail Law Issue to Larger Bench

The Supreme Court has sent key questions about bail for Delhi riots accused Umar Khalid and Sharjeel Imam to a larger bench. This comes after a bench expressed doubts about a previous ruling. Two other accused, Tasleem Ahmed and Khalid Saifi, received interim bail. The government argued that not all UAPA accused should get blanket bail benefits.
