Vietnam gov’t orders 100 border boarding schools completed by August

The Vietnamese government has ordered ministries and local authorities to complete 100 combined elementary and middle boarding schools in border communes before August 30, according to a directive signed by Deputy Prime Minister Le Tien Chau.
