By MAPULANGA LIBINGA – A NINTEEN-YEAR-OLD man of Ndola has been jailed 15 years with hard labour for impregnating a 15-year-old girl in a case of defilement. Emmanuel Kalale was convicted by the Ndola High Court and sentenced for one count of defilement of a child under the age of sixteen.
