(Updated as of 11.03 p.m.) MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 7.8 earthquake struck off Sarangani on Monday morning, killing at least 35 people, leaving 12 others missing and injuring more than 200 as buildings collapsed and landslides hit several areas in Mindanao.
