ISLAMABAD - Pakistan’s fiscal framework remains heavily focused on managing recurring crises rather than reducing the underlying vulnerabilities that continue to deepen poverty, inequality and climate risks, said experts belonging to Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI) while presenting a set of pre-budget.
