MANILA, Philippines — The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) did not comment on alleged threats to the Senate but maintained that it was on “heightened awareness” nonetheless. “At this time, we defer to official statements from Senate security and higher headquarters,” NCRPO spokesperson Maj.
