MANILA, Philippines – President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.’s fifth State of the Nation Address (Sona) next month will be “simple” with invited guests asked to wear modest clothing “in keeping with the times,”House Secretary General Cheloy Garafil said on Tuesday.
