Cotelco sends linemen to aid power restoration in quake-hit GenSan

COTABATO CITY – Six linemen from the Cotabato Electric Cooperative, Inc. (Cotelco) have been deployed to General Santos City as part of the “Task Force Kapatid” program to help restore electricity in areas served by South Cotabato Electric Cooperative (Socoteco II) that were affected by the magnitude 7.8 earthquake. Cotelco General Manager Joel V. De Guzman Jr. said the deployment aims to accelerate power restoration efforts and ensure the immediate resumption of electricity services vital to households, businesses, industries, and government offices in affected communities.
