The California Gurls singer and former Canadian prime minister surprised pretty much everyone when it was revealed last year that they were dating. Since then, they’ve been spotted out and about together on a number of occasions, most recently on a family vacation over the holiday period and at the Coachella music festival in April . On Monday night, the couple were pictured looking loved up on the red carpet of the Tribeca Film Festival in New York, where Katy’s Lifetimes Tour concert movie was premiering. The two wore matching monochromatic outfits for the occasion, with photos showing them staring deeply into one another’s eyes and laughing with their foreheads touching as they posed for photographers. During the tour’s Canadian stop, which coincided with early rumours about their relationship emerging in the press, Justin was sighted in the audience on numerous occasions . The couple were first rumoured to be going out just weeks after Katy and her long-term partner Orlando Bloom confirmed they had parted ways after around a decade together . At the time, Katy and Orlando insisted that they would be remaining part of one another’s lives – and shortly afterwards, they remained true to their word when they shared pictures of themselves on holiday together with their now-five-year-old daughter Daisy and the Lord Of The Rings star’s teenage son, Flynn, from his past relationship with model Miranda Kerr. Meanwhile, Justin had been single for around two and a half years before he and his new partner began going out, following the announcement in August 2023 that he and his wife of 18 years, Sophie Grégoire, had separated.
